Students Cannot Insert Tables Correctly in Essay Questions in the First Try

Description:
When students try to insert a table in an essay question, the table is not inserted, instead blank spaces are created.

When deleting the spaces and creating the table again, then the table is created correctly.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Ultra Experience as an administrator 
  2. Click on Student Preview
  3. Access a course 
  4. Start the attempt for a test 
  5. Try to insert a table in a question


Observed Behavior:
The table is not created, it creates blank spaces.

Expected Behavior:
The table is created immediately.
