Description:
When copying a Learning Module and/or folders from one Ultra course to another, the tests and the course link content items are moved from the folders to the main content area.

When the entire course is copied the content is copied to the correct locations.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create two Ultra Courses, Course A and Course B respectively
  3. Enroll as an instructor in both and login as that instructor
  4. In Course A create two Folders (not sub-folders) and two Learning Modules
  5. In one of the Learning Modules add a Test and in one of the Folders add another Test
  6. In the second Learning Module create a Course Link item to the Tests just created. Do the same for the second Folder.
  7. Navigate to Course B and use Copy Content to copy the two Folders and Learning Modules from Course A to Course B.
Observed Behavior:
The content follows the same structure as the source course.

Expected Behavior:
The Folders and Learning Modules are empty and the content is in the main content area.
