Ultra Courses' Documents with Embedded Iframe HTML Contents Do not Delete

Description:
In Ultra view mode, when documents are created with iframe-embedded contents, those documents do not get deleted at the initial deletion attempt, and the HTML-embedded contents get corrupted. However, the documents will be deleted on the second deletion attempt. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create and access an Ultra course
  3. Click on + > Create > Document > Add HTML > Add iframe HTML (Embedded Video)
  4. Repeat step 3 to create another document
  5. Attempt to delete either one of the documents created in steps 3 or 4

Observed Behavior:
The document will disappear initially and will appear again once the web page is refreshed.

Expected Behavior:
The document will be deleted without issues.
  1. Open the document that was attempted to be deleted in step 5

Observed Behavior:
The document will open, but the embedded video will not appear. A gray box with an “Error” message appears instead.

Expected Behavior:
The document will open, and the embedded video will appear.


 



Resolution/Workaround:

Try to delete the document again.
