The Group Name Listed in the Feedback Panel in Ultra is not Correct

Description:
In Ultra view mode, when viewing groups' submissions, the group name in the feedback panel does not match the one displayed at the top of the grading page.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create and access an Ultra course
  3. Create 3 users, an instructor, and 2 students > Enroll these users in the course
  4. Create an assignment > Assign to Groups > Create two groups and ensure each of the students is a member of a different group
  5. Log in as one of the students > Upload and submit a file to the assignment 
  6. Repeat step 5 for the second student who belongs to the other group
  7.  As the instructor, go to the Gradebook > Open the first group attempt and observe the group name
  8. Navigate to the second group attempt and observe the group name in the feedback panel on the right-hand side of the screen

Observed Behavior:
The group name listed in the feedback panel does not match the one displayed at the top of the grading page.

Expected Behavior:
The group name is to be correctly displayed in all places on the attempt page.

 




Information:

This happens only when students submit a file in the group assignment. If a text is submitted, the group names are displayed correctly.
