Respondus Lockdown Browser Appears on the Settings After Being Added and Cannot be Removed

Description:
When a user creates a test having clicked on the lockdown browser, the tool is added to the settings preview, even if the lockdown browser is not required.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator with a lockdown browser
  2. Create a new Ultra course
  3. Create a test
  4. Go to test Settings
  5. Scroll down to respondus lockdown and click on it. Note that the respondus lockdown option is added to the test settings preview. 
  6. Close the opened window without doing any change
 
Observed Behavior:
Respondus lockdown option is added to the test settings preview, but if the user opens the option, they can see that respondus lockdown is not required.
 
 
Expected Behavior:
Respondus lockdown option should not be added.
