Issue Description:
If an Assignment contains a link to an HTML Object in the Content Collect that contains images, and that HTML Object is edited, one or more images will only display a broken image icon.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
  2. Create and access a Course
  3. Navigate to the Course's Content Collection 
  4. Create an HTML Object with images
  5. Navigate to a Content Area
  6. Create an Assignment with a link to the HTML Object from step 4
  7. Navigate back to the Content Collection
  8. Edit the HTML Object and add another image
  9. Navigate back to the Assignment

Expected Behavior:
All of the images in the HTML Object are displayed

Observed Behavior:
One or more of the images in the HTML Object are broken
