Editing Course Link Items in Learning Module Unexpectedly Moves Items to the Bottom of Content Page

Issue Description:
Editing Course link items unexpectedly moves those items to the bottom of the content page. Manually moving the edited Items back into the desired position does temporarily fix the issue.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
  2. Create and Quick Enroll in a Course
  3. Create 3 Items in the Content Area
  4. Create a Course Link in the Content Area
  5. Move the Course Link to any position besides last
  6. Edit the Course Link and Submit

Expected Behavior:
The Course Link is still in the same position

Observed Behavior:
The Course Link is now in the last position



Resolution/Workaround:

Manually Move the edited Item(s) back into the desired Position(s)
