Issue Description:
When an Reminder is sent out for a Enterprise Survey, the Subject and Message include HTML tags and attributes as part of the human readable text.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into the Environment as a System Administrator
  2. Create a new Enterprise Survey
  3. Create a Response Period for the new Survey
  4. Add a User with a valid Email address which you have access to
  5. Send the Survey
  6. Open the Context menu next to the response period > Choose Send Reminder > Submit
  7. Check the Reminder Email once it is received

Expected Behavior:
The human readable text of the Email's subject and the body would not include HTML elements

Observed Behavior:
The subject body of the Email includes has extraneous HTML Code in it
