Description:
Editing a graded discussion forum post in the Blackboard app is counted as a new post. This is problematic when the discussion forum is configured to show as "Needs Grading" in the Grade Center for each student after a certain number of posts.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. As an Instructor in web Learn, create a new Discussion Forum with the following settings:
    1. Grade Discussion Forum (enter any point value)
    2. Show participants in "needs grading" status after every x posts (3 for testing purposes)
    3. Allow Author to Edit Own Published Posts
  2. As an Instructor in web Learn, create a new thread within the discussion forum.
  3. As a Student in web Learn, reply to the thread twice (two posts).
  4. As a Student in web Learn, edit the second post.
  5. As an Instructor in web Learn, view the Grade Center.  Note that the discussion forum does not show as "needs grading" for the student.
  6. As a Student, log in to the Blackboard app.  Edit the second post.
Expected outcome: The Grade Center shows the discussion forum as "attempt in progress" as the student has only posted twice.  An edit to a post should not count as a new post.

Observed outcome: The Grade Center shows the discussion forum as "needs grading" for the student.

Resolution/Workaround:
