Grade Center does not Match the Attendance Tool Total Points Value

Description:
When taking attendance with 30 meetings worth 135 points, marking the Student absent 28 times and 2 present should total 9 (which is shown correctly in Attendance tool) but shows 8.99999 in the Grade Center Attendance Column instead.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log in as System Admin
  2. Go to System Admin > Courses > Create Course
  3. Quick Enroll and Add a Student User to the Course
  4. Go to Course Tools > Attendance > Add Attendance > Accept Default Schema
  5. Click to show Overall > Create 4 additional Sessions (total of 5)
  6. Mark Student User Present in One session and Absent in the Second Session
Observed Behavior:
Attendance Tool shows 50%, 50 points
  1. Go to Full Grade Center > View Attendance Grade, shows 50.00 points
  2. Add 32 columns to Overall Attendance (to match client's scenario)
  3. Adjust points for the column to 135
  4. Mark Student User Present 2 times and Absent 28 times
Observed Behavior:
Attendance shows a score of 9, Grade Center shows a score is 8.99999

Expected Behavior:
Attendance and Grade Center to show the same score of 9
