Description:
Opening a Course in a new tab hides the Pencil icon to enable/disable Ultra view.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Login to Blackboard Learn as Administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses and search for a Course
  3. Right click the Course ID > open in new tab

Expected Behavior:
The pencil icon in the top right to enable/disable Ultra should show

Observed Behavior:
No pencil icon
