Emergency Hotfix Deployed

Details: An emergency hotfix was deployed on December 4, 2017 at approximately 3:00 PM EST at our VA2 (Virginia hosted) data center.  This emergency hotfix was deployed to resolve intermittent issues that prevented clients from launching their Collaborate Ultra sessions.  Clients should no longer have connections issues, if anyone is experiencing any further issues Blackboard Collaborate Support asks that you please submit a case.
