Copying One Course Into Another Makes the Overall Grade Column not Visible

Description:
When copying one course into another, it sets the overall grade column to deleted_in=Y in the target course.
Steps to Repeat:
Note: This issue does not replicate from scratch. Steps serve as a guide. 
 
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Copy a course into a new one using the Admin Panel course copy. Copy the entire folder.
    This is for not modifying the affected course.
  3. In the new course, if the overall grade column is not present, create one
  4. Using the copy content menu, copy the course into this new test course
  5. Once the copy finishes, look for the overall grade column in the target course 



Observed Behavior:
The overall grade column is not present.

Expected Behavior:
The overall grade column is present.
