Selected Course Language Pack Breaks Admin Edit Course Page

Description:
When a course has a selected language pack other than 'System Default', the edit course link in the Administrator panel loads the course in Original View.
 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator
  2. Go to Admin Panel > Courses
  3. Search for any Ultra course
  4. In the Content Menu next to the course, select Edit
  5. Scroll down and select any Language Pack other than System Default
  6. Click on Submit
  7. In the Content Menu next to the course, select Edit again

Observed Behavior: 
Ultra Course displayed in Original View. 

Expected Behavior:
Ultra edit page is displayed again.
