Batch Edit With English (United Kingdom‭) Language Pack Doesn't Show the Whole Year

Description:
Batch Edit with English (United Kingdom‭) Language Pack doesn't show the whole year. When the date format of the language pack uses a 4-digit date it doesn't display the last two numerals in the Batch Edit date picker.
Steps to Repeat:
Prerequisites:
  • Language set to English (United Kingdom‭)‬
  • A content item with release dates.
 
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to Administrator Panel > Language Packs
  3. In the context menu next to English (United Kingdom‭)‬ select Manage
  4. Set Default and Submit
OR
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Click on the User Profile
  3. Click on the Language and set it to English (United Kingdom‭)‬ and Save
  4. Navigate to an Ultra course
  5. Click on the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Batch Edit
  6. Next to an item click the calendar icon
OR
  1. Select items and click the 'Edit Dates' button
  2. Under Edit Type select 'Change to Specific date and/or time'
  3. Click the selection boxes next to the dates

Observed Behavior:
The date shows as missing the last two numbers.
So, the date will look like 15/04/20 when it is actually /15/04/2024

Expected Behavior:
The whole date should be displayed in the UK format of dd/mm/yyyy.




Information:

The date functions in English (US) as it only uses two digit years.
Date picker displays correctly in other locations.
