Ultra Course Titles That are Too Long are Trimmed at the Edges

Description:
In Ultra View Courses that have names longer to the field in which the value is shown in course outline, titles are not positioned correctly. Instead of aligning to the left (for English, as that might differ for different language packs) it is centered.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create an Ultra Course and give it a long name (more than 167 characters)
  3. Access the outline of the course and observe how the name is presented

Observed Behavior:
The course name is centered and some characters on the edges are missing.

Expected Behavior:
The course name is aligned in accordance with the direction of reading in the used language pack.
