Description:
When Using the Google Chrome Browser in Ultra Courses the Input Area of the Discussion Board Does not Expand. 
Steps to Repeat:
Prerequisite: Use the Google Chrome Browser. 
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Go to the Admin Panel > Course > Create a new Ultra course
  3. Access the course and create a new Discussion Board
  4. As the instructor, post multiple times within the Discussion
  5. Click on the Student Preview to access as a student and reply to the multiple discussions
  6. Click on the 'Type a response' area on the first post
Observed Behavior:
The input area cannot be opened, therefore, the user cannot type.

Expected Behavior:
The input area opens while adding a response within the Discussion board.
