Description:
Users observe repeating dates in the Ultra Calendar when their operating system time zone is set to -4:00 Santiago and their Learn profile is configured to use the Spanish Language Pack.
Steps to Repeat:
Prerequisite: The Operating System Time Zone must be set to UTC-4:00 (Santiago)
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator  
  2. Navigate to the user profile and set the language to Español (España)
  3. Select Administrator and navigate to Courses to search for an Ultra course
  4. Create an assignment and modify the due date 
  5. Navigate to a month of any year (for instance, September)
Observed Behavior
For the first weekend of September 2024 the dates on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th are both presented as the 7th of September.

Expected Behavior
Dates on the calendar are presented correctly.
