Description:

When accessing a SCORM content with launch type set to Frameset in a Learning Module, the SCORM content goes longer than the page due to the side scroll bar.

Steps to Repeat:

1. Log into Blackboard Learn as Instructor
2. Create a Learning Module in a course
3. Include a SCORM package in the Learning Module
4. In the SCORM Advanced Settings set the SCO launch type to Frameset
5. Click Save
6. log in as a Student and access the SCORM package



Observed Behavior: SCORM content goes longer than the page due to the side scroll bar
Expected Behavior: SCORM content displays correctly
