Description:
After deleting courses, the Term REST query temporarily displays an empty array.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Terms
  3. Create a Term
  4. Create four courses linked to the Term
  5. Check the created items using REST, eg: https://<Learn_URL>/learn/api/public/v3/courses?availability.available=Term&amp;termId=<term_key>&amp;fields=id
  6. Delete two of the courses and repeat the previous step
Observed Behavior
An Empty array is displayed.

Expected Behavior
The two remaining courses are displayed.
