Steps to Repeat:

1. Login as administrator
2. Enter any Organization
3. Create a discussion thread and attach a file
4. Once submitted, download the file
 

EXPECTED RESULT: File is downloaded
OBSERVED RESULT: User is redirected to the home page


1. Login as administrator
2. Enter any Organization
3. Create any content type with a file upload/attached
4. Attempt to Chevron > Edit the item with the file attached

EXPECTED RESULT: Content type is opened for edit
OBSERVED RESULT: Error: The requested URL is not a content file.
 



Resolution/Workaround:

A new version of 3900.10.0 was issued to partially resolve this issue on May 3, 2021.  The exact version is 3900.10.0-rel.36+d29e3a or higher.
