Visible Controls Not Functional For Facilitator Role

Description:
The Facilitator role can see its Courses in the "Personalize: My Courses" page reached from the My Courses Module, but when trying to Hide or Show Courses it does not work like it does for the Instructor role.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator 
  2. Create a new User and a new Course 
  3. As administrator, enter this new Course and enroll the new User into the new Course with the default Facilitator role making sure to set them Available
  4. Login as this new User and note you can see this new Course in the My Courses module
  5. In the top right of the My Courses module click the 'Manage My Courses Module Settings' gear icon
  • Note that it brings you to the "Personalize: My Courses" page. 
       6. Click the Select All/Unselect All checkbox beside the new Course so everything is                               unchecked  for this new Course and click Submit

Observed Behavior: 
The changes made are ignored and are reverted when re-entering that page and the Course is never shown/hidden.

Expected Behavior: 
Since the user has access to the controls, removing all the view options for it would hide it like it does for the Instructor role

        7. Change that new User to be an Instructor instead of a Facilitator and run the same steps and              unchecking all boxes beside a Course persists and the Course is hidden as expected.
