Known Issue: Some Safari 15.4 users can hear their own voice echoing

Description:
Some Collaborate attendees using Safari 15.4 can hear their own voice echoing when sharing an application. This issue does not occur when using Safari 15.5 or Chrome. This issue does not occur when joining sessions running on Chime.
Steps to Repeat:

Steps to reproduce:

  • Join a session using Safari 15.4.
  • Enable your microphone.
  • Start sharing an application.
  • Speak while sharing an application.

Expected Result: Other attendees can hear you and you do not hear your voice echoing.

Actual Result: You hear your own voice echoing.

Workaround:
  • Upgrade to Safari 15.5, if possible.
  • Use Chrome instead.
