Description: As a Student you can upload a 0 byte file or submit an empty Assignment, a warning should appear if the file is empty or if the Student has not uploaded a file and left the content editor blank.
Steps to Replicate:
- Login to Blackboard Learn
- Access an Ultra Course
- Create an Assignment - allowing multiple submissions
- Log in as a Student enrolled in the Course
- Access the Course and submit the Assignment without adding any content/files
- Observed that the Assignment submission is successful
- Resubmit the Assignment and upload a 0 byte file
Both submissions are accepted and the Assignment is submitted
Expected Behavior:
A warning should appear letting the user know no data was supplied for the assignment submission
