Deleting Journal Links in Converted Ultra Course Deletes the Whole Journal

Description: When journal links are deleted in an Ultra course, which was converted from an Original course, deletes the whole journal.
Steps to Replicate:
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
- Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Access an original course with journal links
- Archive the course
- Restore the course and convert to ultra course view
- Go to any journal in the course content
- Delete journal
- Click on the next section of the lesson plans
The course content section no longer opens.
Expected Behavior:
Course content section opens and is editable.
