The Add HTML Option Does not Work in Ultra Using Safari Browser

Description: In Ultra view using the Safari browser, when instructors want to create documented content using the Add HTML option, no text box appears to add the HTML.
Steps to Replicate: Prerequisites:
Apple Mac running Safari 16.4 or above, and alternate domain configured.
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor
- Create and access an Ultra course
- Click on + > Create > Document > Add HTML
Observed Behavior:
The text box is missing.
Expected Behavior:
The text box appears.
Resolution/Workaround: Use a different browser, such as Firefox or Google Chrome.
