Known Issue Summary

The Recording Start Date in the Scheduler, Collaborate LMS integration with Learn, or LTI incorrectly displays the time that the recording was created instead of the time that the recording was started.

Affected Platforms

Recordings tab of Scheduler, Collaborate tool in Learn, or any LMS that is integrated with the Collaborate LTI.

 


Resolution/Workaround:

Workaround

To find the approximate recording start time, you can subtract the duration of the recording from the time that is currently displayed under "Start Date".
