Anonymous Grading Feedback Disappearing

Description:
When adding feedback to an anonymous grading test before adding the grade, the feedback value is saved during the active session. Once the session is over and the user logs back in, the feedback is gone.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create an Ultra Course and enroll a student and an instructor
  3. Create a test with an open question. For example, an essay question
  4. Uncheck the 'Post assessment grades automatically' option. Check the 'Hide student names'  option
  5. Log in as a student and submit the test
  6. Log in as the instructor and go to the Grade Center
  7. Access the submission and add first the feedback, then add the grade.
  8. Go back to the Grade Center and click on Post grades
  9. Check that the feedback is retained
  10. Log out and log in as the instructor and go to the student’s submission
  11. Check whether the Feedback is present

Observed Behavior: 
The feedback is gone.
 
Expected Behavior: 

The feedback is retained for as long as the instructor needs.
