When will the update take place?
All clients will be upgraded on Thursday, March 12, 2020:

Users will automatically have access to Collaborate Ultra v20.02 after the update.
What supporting resources are available?
To help you with the transition, new documentation and knowledge base articles will be published on the day of the release.

Collaborate Ultra version 20.02 was scheduled to be released March 12, 2020. This release is now scheduled to be released with Collaborate 20.04 on April 9, 2020.
