Screen Reader Cannot Identify Instructors on the Courses Page

Description: Users cannot use the screen reader to identify the Instructor name(s) for a course when viewing courses in Ultra Base Navigation. Users can tab to the class name and then to the Instructor(s) link(s), but the screen reader does not pick up or read the names.
Steps to Replicate:
- Install Jaws Screen Reader or enable VoiceOver on MacOS
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra environment
- Go to the Courses Page
- Tab to each section of the page
The screen reader picks up and reads the Instructor(s) name(s).
Observed Behavior:
When the user tab through the course name and through the Instructors' names, the screen reader does not read the name of the course or the name(s) of the Instructor(s).
