Description: he search bar loses focus when typing in the Search text-box of the Courses page in the Ultra Base Navigation.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator 
2. Go to the Courses section
3. Type one or more characters in the Search your courses search bar

Observed Behavior:
The list of courses refreshes and focus is lost from the search bar. It must be selected again before more characters are entered.

Expected Behavior:
The list of course refreshes without losing the focus in the search bar.
