Student Submission Text Missing in Downloaded Zip File for Assessment

Description:
If a student uses the VTBE Editor to complete an Assessment, the submission text does not appear in a TXT file in the downloaded ZIP file.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn (SaaS environment with Ultra courses) as Instructor
  2. Navigate to an Ultra course
  3. Enroll Student into Course
  4. Go to Course Content > Create Assessment > Assignment
  5. Add Essay Question
  6. Save
  7. Log in as Student
  8. Navigate to the Assignment > Write submission in the text editor
  9. Submit
  10. Log in as Instructor
  11. Navigate to Grade Center > Full Grade Center > View Assignment submissions
  12. Click the More Options for Submission List contextual menu > Select Download All
  13. Select Student attempt > Create ZIP File > Send
  14. Return to Course Content 
  15. Access Messages
  16. Select Download Now to download the ZIP file created

Observed Behavior:
The Student's submission text appears a TXT file in the downloaded ZIP file.

Expected Behavior:
The Student's submission text does not appear a TXT file in the downloaded ZIP file.
