Ultra Course Banner Appears During LTI Launch

Description:
When an Ultra Experience course has a customized banner image, it appears on the LTI launch screen.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn (Ultra environment) as System Administrator
  2. Create a course
  3. Navigate to System Admin > Select the chevron > Edit
  4. Scroll down to the Banner section and upload a banner
  5. Enter the course
    • Note that the banner appears
  6. Select View Course & Institution Tools under Books & Tools
  7. Launch any tool
Expected Behavior:
The Course Banner does not appear on the LTI launch screen.

Observed Behavior:
The Course Banner appears on the LTI launch screen.
