Ultra Journals only Display 50 Entries to Instructor

Description:
If an Ultra Course has more than 50 students, some of the students Journal entries will not be visible to the Instructor.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn (Ultra environment) as System Administrator
  2. Create an Ultra Course
  3. Enroll 51 Students in the course
  4. Create a Journal
  5. Log in as each Student user and submit one entry each to the Journal
  6. Log in as Instructor of Course
  7. Navigate to Grade Center > Full Grade Center > Grade the Journal
Expected Behavior:
There are 51 entries to be graded.

Observed Behavior:
There are only 50 entries available to grade.

Symptoms:

Only the first fifty students appear in Ultra Journals.
