2016 Theme Grade Center Image to Maximize full Grade Center view Missing in Custom Theme

Description:
When the default 2016 Theme is enabled the image to expand the Full Grade Center displays without issue. However, to download it and install it right back as a custom theme without making any changes renders this image missing, although the functionality still exists to click the hot spot. Downloading the theme, extracting it, shows that the image is just not there in the folder from the start.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Logon as an Administrator
  2. Download the 2016 Theme
  3. Do not make any changes, simply upload it as a Custom Theme
  4. Set it as the Default theme on the System
  5. Navigate into a Course
  6. Access the Full Grade Center
Observed Behavior:
The image to maximize the Full Grade Center does not display

Expected Behavior:
The image to maximize the Full Grade Center is displayed



Resolution/Workaround:

Add the image to the correct folder in the custom theme.
