Grade Center Horizontal Scroll Bar Inaccessible in Full Screen Mode

When using the full-screen option in the Grade Center, the horizontal scrollbar disappears unless the Browser's zoom is under 100%.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an Instructor
  2. Access to any Course with:
    • 25+ Students
    • 15+ Columns (including defaults)
  3. Navigate to the Full Grade Center
  4. Click the Full Screen button at the top-right of the Grade Center
    • User-added image
  5. If the scrollbar is visible, hold CTRL on the keyboard and scroll the mouse wheel up to zoom in

Expected Behavior:
The scroll bar is still visible and usable

Observed Behavior:
The scroll bar is pushed below the visible area, making it unusable


Set the Browser's Zoom to 90%.
