Keyboard Shortcuts for Copy and Paste Act Unpredictably

Description:
The keyboard shortcut to cut text will capture more than the selected text. The keyboard shortcut for paste does not convey copied blank lines. This is only in environments/courses using the Ultra experience.
Steps to Repeat:

Issue A.

  1. Under Content, select Create > Document > Add Text
  2. Type "123456789" (without quotes).
  3. Highlight "34" from the above text.
  4. Hit Ctrl-X.

Issue B.

  1. In the same Content Editor, on a new line, type "two words" (no quotes).
  2. Highlight "two ". Not the highlight includes the space after the word "two".
  3. Hit Ctrl-C.
  4. Go to a new line in the same Content Editor and hit Ctrl-V.

Observed Behavior:
Issue A

The text changes to "12789". If you hit Ctrl-V in Notepad, "34" is pasted showing that "34" is on the clipboard.

Issue B

The space is not pasted. The new line contains "two". Note no space after the word "two". Pasting into Notepad shows "two " is on the clipboard.

Expected Behavior:
Issue A

The text changes to "1256789". If you hit Ctrl-V in Notepad, "34" is pasted showing that "34" is on the clipboard.

Issue B

The space is pasted.
