Issue Description:
Due to a Mozilla bug introduced in Firefox version 61, Collaborate Ultra session attendees using Firefox version 61 and above cannot be heard by other session attendees.
Steps to Repeat:
  • Join a Blackboard Collaborate Ultra session using Firefox version 61.
  • Activate the microphone in-session and begin speaking.
Expected result: the Firefox user is heard by others in the session.
Actual result: the Firefox user is not heard by others in the session.

Symptoms:

Known Issue Symptoms

Session attendees using Firefox 61 cannot be heard by other session attendees. Note that these Firefox users cannot be heard in the session recording either.

Resolution/Workaround:

Resolution

This issue has been resolved by Mozilla in Firefox version 62.0, which is now available.  Any Firefox users that still have version 61 installed should update to version 62 immediately.
