Known issue Symptoms

Users are not able to launch Collaborate Original.

Affected Platforms

Windows 10.


This issue may be resolved by disabling Comodo internet security premium 10 from the windows Operating System or by unblocking Collaborate Blackboard Launcher on the Comodo interface. To do so, follow the steps below for detailed instructions.

  1. Search for Comodo using the Spotlight search box.
  2. Click the Comodo option.
  3. Click unblock application option from the main menu.

    4. Uncheck the boxes for the Blackboard Launcher
    5. Try another Blackboard Collaborate Classic session
