Description:
If an email is sent with an attachment that is larger than 50MB, a vague error is thrown: "Some or all recipients may not receive the message."
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an Instructor
  2. Access any Course
  3. Navigate Course Tools > Send Email
  4. Enter a Subject and Message
  5. Attach a file that is larger than 50MB
  6. Submit

Expected Behavior:
Either a success message is displayed, or an error is displayed clearly explaining that the attachment is too large

Observed Behavior:
A vague error is displayed:
An error or warning occurred while sending this email. Some or all recipients may not receive the message.
