Grade Center Access Log Displays Access Type Incorrectly when Starting a Test Attempt

Issue Description:
When viewing the Access Log for a Test, there is no start time recorded, and a message is displayed stating the attempt was taken in a prior version of Learn.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard LearnĀ as a System Administrator
  2. Create and access a test Course
  3. Create a test User and Enroll it in the Course as a Student
  4. Create a simple Test and deploy it with default settings (no Auto-Submit)
  5. Log in as the Student and submit the Test
  6. Log back in as the System Administrator
  7. Navigate to the Grade Center and locate the Test attempt
  8. Click the attempt's chevron > View Grade Details > View Attempts > Access Log
Expected Behavior:
Test Started is displayed at the beginning of the Log, and Test Submitted is displayed at the end

Observed Behavior:
Test Started is not displayed at all, and Test Submitted is displayed in it's place
