Windows 10 Instructions Missing from Setup Web Folder Instructions in the Content System

Issue Description:
The instructions to setup a Web Folder in Windows 10 are not included, despite the path to add a network location being different in Windows 10.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Login as Administrator
  2. Click Content Collection Tab
  3. Click Set Up Web Folder button 
  4. Click Show instructions for all Operating Systems button
Expected Behavior:
All supported operating system instructions are included

Observed Behavior:
There are instructions for Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 but none for Windows 10

Set Up Web Folders in Windows 10

Using the web address of the folder, follow these steps to create the web folder in Windows 10

  1. Open the File Explorer
  2. Select This PC in the left menu
  3. Select Add a network location in the ribbon at the top of the page
  4. When asked where you want to create the network location, select Choose a custom network location. Select Next
  5. When asked for the location of your website, paste the web address you copied from the steps above. Select Next
  6. When prompted to enter a Username and password, type your Blackboard Learn Username and password. Select OK
  7. You will be prompted to enter a name for the location. Enter a name and select Next
  8. On the Completing the Add Network Location Wizard page, select Finish
  9. The web folder will open. It will now be listed in Computer under Network Location
