Description:
Files uploaded to Ultra Courses from Google Drive have the spaces in their filenames replaced with %20.
Steps to Repeat:
In an Ultra Environment:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
  2. Create and access an Ultra View Course
  3. Click the + button to add content
  4. Select Cloud Storage then Google Drive
  5. Select any document with a space in it's name

Expected Behavior:
The document is added with the same name it had in Google Drive
Example: File Name.doc

Observed Behavior:
The document is added but there is a %20 instead of any spaces
Example: File%20Name.doc
