Diploma - Known Issue: Mac Mojave 10.14 users cannot print

Issue Description:
Diploma users on Mac Mojave 10.14 will see that Diploma crashes with an error when trying to Print.

Symptoms:

On Mac running Mojave (10.14) open a Chapter file or Exam file in Diploma and then select File > Print. Users will see Diploma crashes with the following error:

Affected Platforms

Mac/Apple Mojave 10.14

Cause:

A change to the Mojave OS by Apple now prevents Diploma from printing. We will be unable to fix Diploma for this issue. Please see workaround below.

Resolution/Workaround:

  1. Open the Chapter file or Exam file you are wishing to print.
  2. Click File > Export
  3. Choose RTF for Word Processors
  4. Save the RTF file to your computer
  5. Open the RTF file with Microsoft Word, Open Office, or import to Google Docs.
  6. Then print the file from one of these applications.

**Important Note** - Do NOT open the file with Text Edit as it does not support images and other advanced formatting features. You will see "junk code" if you try it. Please open your file with one of the above recommended programs to print from.
