Cannot Expand Grade Center Column in Ultra Course

Description:
Grade Center Columns in Ultra View Courses can not be expanded.
Steps to Repeat:
In an Ultra Environment:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
  2. Create and access an Ultra View Course
  3. Create 100+ various Assessments
  4. Access the Gradebook
  5. Scroll all the way down so all of the items load
  6. Click on the items to expand them

Expected Behavior:
All of the items expand

Observed Behavior:
Some of the items do not expand
