Grey Box Covers Options when Adding Test Questions with Random Block

Description:
When adding questions to a test and clicking on "Create Random Block", a grey box displays on the screen that covers the options.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
  2. Navigate to any Course
  3. Create a new Test
  4. Click Reuse Questions > Create Random Block
Expected Behavior:
The options for the Create Random Block window are accessible

Observed Behavior:
The options for the Create Random Block window are covered by a grey box


Symptoms:

User-added image


Resolution/Workaround:

Use the Blackboard 2012 Theme or instruct Users to maximize the new window that opens after clicking on Create Random Block.
