Issue Description:
Reloading the page after submitting a reply to a Discussion Board or Forum post produces an error message: "Failed to save message". The reply is still created.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as Instructor
  2. Create a Test Course
  3. Create a Test Forum > Create a new post
  4. Click Reply on the post in the thread
  5. Go to Content Editor > Enter a reply
  6. Click Submit
    • Note:  The new reply will not automatically be displayed  
  7. Select Refresh to reload the current page

Expected Behavior:
The new reply is immediately displayed automatically after it is submitted

Observed Behavior:
The following error is displayed on the page, right below the navigation bread crumb trail.  However, the reply is created and displayed; it just does not appear automatically.
