Collaborate Link not Available in Private SaaS Ultra Courses

Description:
Collaborate link not available in private SaaS Ultra Courses. When setting an Ultra Course to private in Learn SaaS the Collaborate tools are not visible under the Course entry page within the "Details and Actions" section.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log in as Administrator to any Ultra enabled SaaS Environment
  2. Open a Course that is not set as Private
    • Observe the Collaborate link appears under the "Details and Actions" section when you access the Course
  3. Exit the Course and click the Courses menu
    • Set the Course to Private by clicking the padlock icon
  4. Access the Course now that it is in Private mode

Expected Behavior:
The Collaborate tool should be listed under the "Details and Actions" section

Observed Behavior:
The Collaborate tool is not listed under the "Details and Actions" section
