Safari Browser encounters some issues while attempting to launch certain LTI Tools from the Learn Environment.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator
  2. Configure an LTI Tool Provider
  3. Using Safari Browser attempt to access the LTI Tool
Expected Behavior:
The LTI Tool launches

Observed Behavior:
When you click on the Launch, it does not launch the Web Link but rather brings you back to the Blackboard Content page
