Collaborate - Ultra Experience
Some users have reported that the video content is missing from Blackboard Collaborate Ultra recordings when viewed in a mobile browser. This article provides a temporary workaround that will enable users to view the video content while we work to resolve this problem.
Steps to Repeat:
Launch a Collaborate Ultra recording that contains video content in a browser on a mobile device.
Expected result: the recording plays back, including video content.
Actual result: the recording plays back, but the video content is missing.
